my story:

From Selling My First Business in Russia to Mentoring Founders Across North America

I started my entrepreneurial journey as the founder of an English school in Kazan, offering both B2B and B2C services. I built the school into a fully operational business and successfully sold it in 2021.

After that, I moved into online education and product launches, completing 16 successful launches across English programs, memory courses, and marketing and social media workshops.

As my experience grew, I began mentoring other educators and service-based experts — helping them design marketing funnels, hire strong teams, and turn their expertise into scalable, well-structured businesses.

After relocating to Toronto, I became actively involved in the local startup ecosystem. Today, I work across two ecosystems: small business mentorship and the tech startup community — supporting founders with strategic growth, team building, and fundraising.

As a Venture Fellow at Winner Capital, I work with early-stage startups navigating fundraising and operational scaling.
